How to populate a customfield of type multi choice select in the "create multiple sub-tasks" option?

Question

I have a customfield called "Environment" of type "select list (multiple choices)".

I want to populate this field with a value in the "create multiple sub-tasks" option from in a parent issue. How do I do that? So not inherit the value from the parent, but fill in a value in the creation of the subtasks. I'm not using the create sub-task in the post function of the parent issue. Is it really true that this is not possible (see docu
