I have only three powerups

Question

So, I'm trying out Trello on Nexus 4, Russian version. In each board I only have 3 powerups available, and app telling me, that more coming soon. To be more specific, I want to use card repeater, how do I get this powerup?

Your power ups will depend on the level of your Trello board.

Along with this, if you have an available power up you can then add in the Card Repeater:
