I saw there isn't an option in Jira to filter multi user picker field by groups.
there is any workaround for this?
maybe using script runner?

There is a request for this functionality, however it has not been implemented.

The request is in "Future Consideration" status and it has not been implemented for five years. And I do not know any option to achieve this without a plugin.
Enhancer Plugin's Filterable Multi-User custom field can be filtered by user, group or role.
I know this post is kinda old, but for what it's worth, it's planned for 8.4.0
