User can't comment on issues

Question

Hi,

I have one user in the system that can not add comments at all.

The user has the relevant permissions - Browse Project and Add comment.

The Comment button is shown but when he click on it the text box is faded and he can't write anything or click the Add button.

Clearing my browser cache fixed the issue for me.

Going incognito solved it for me so it is likely a caching issue. Thanks

Using Safari helps me.

There are rumors from my colleague, to clean all Chrome cache and remove all stored data in Chrome helps.
