Send Email on Stash Statistics collected over different repo

Hi,

Is there a way (plugin/Java code/Any kind of Scripts/... etc.) we can generate statistics for multiple repos hosted in stash and send it over email to some customized recipient list? Also, can it be extended to support git commands to extract customized statistics as needed?
