When we want to close a sprint, JIRA tells us that it cannot close the sprint that stories or subtasks are not finished and it just lists all the stories containing acceptance tests.

What did we miss in Jira's configuration to avoid this phenomenon ?

On the scrum board, JIRA considers an issue as done, only and only when the issue has reached the "right most column" in the active sprint view. Thus, make sure the "acceptance test" are in the rightmost column or correctly map their workflow states with columns on the board.
