Is it possible to add reminders for an action in Jira Core?

I wonder whether it is possible to add reminders in Jira core to accomplish an action regarding an issue (e.g. call Mr. Fox on 13th April, 2018).

Hi @Lilit Shakhulyan,

you could work with due dates in your jira tickets and filter subscriptions in JIRA.

Just create a filter which is showing all issues with duedate is e.g. tomorrow and set a filter subscription for these issues. So you'll get a reminder as email.

You wan to try Issue Reminders  add-on which will allow you to set reminders based on each issue in your JIRA Application.
