Create pop up window doesn't load - Sidebar doesn't show 'space tools' and other menu items.

Question

When I press the Create + sign, the Create window pops up but it just hangs.  Also, the Sidebar doesn't display any of the menu items like 'Space Tools' or anything to add pages.  I have site admin access so I'm thinking I'm covered from a permissions issue.  Any other guesses out there?  I can't even create pages for my project so no content can be uploaded or shared...So frustrated right now.....

These are the errors i'm seeing when the pop up is just spinning..

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
frontend-service-worker-cache.js:129 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to execute 'fetch' on 'ServiceWorkerGlobalScope': 'only-if-cached' can be set only with 'same-origin' mode

I also cleared my cache after making permission changes, still nothing...
