Do Bitbucket repos have a concept of ownership?

Bitbucket server v5.6.x, Bitbucket server API v1.0

I'm trying to compile a list of all non-personal-non-public repos (have to log in to view) and their owners, or conversely, all licensed users and the non-personal-non-public repos they own, via API. But via API call, when I don't see an "owner" attribute. Is this truly the case, that non-personal-non-public repos do NOT have the concept of an owner?

That is correct, Bitbucket Server does not have the concept of owner for non-personal repositories.

 

As an option, you could consider checking the "Project permissions" (see the related documentation) to understand who has the ability to create repositories for each project.
