My custom fields have disappeared from webhooks json feed

Hi,

We've had an bidirectional integration between Jira (Cloud) and Workfront for a number of years.

Some things have stop working recently, dumping the json coming from the webhooks I noticed that a few calls have changed. I can deal with those internally.

However, I'm no longer getting the custom fields in the json feed and these contain the links to Workfront project/task/issues id.

They used to be in issue->fields->customfield_nnnnn but they no longer exists in the feed anywhere.

Help this is urgent.

Any updates here? Looks like the issue reporter is not sent as well.

Update:

It appears that the issue is limited to comment_created;

Looking the webhook call comment_created, it appears that no custom fields are sent in the json and these contain the ID's we need to talk to workfront
