we just bought some licenses for our ServiceDesk and we would like to explain our users how to use the ServiceDesk and KnowledgeBase. If it is possible with a video or just a simple manual.

@Rachid Amajoud, there is a great deal of into in the Atlassian documentation. Here is a Getting Started doc. That link is for cloud so if you are on server please find the server version.
