when backup processes about 2/3, it hang there, how can I successfully do it

Are you on Confluence Server? If yes please check the Applications logs for hints what stops the export process.
Are you doing a Space Export or a full site backup?

What version of Confluence are you using? Can you please provide steps to reproduce?
I'm replying it in behalf of Xujuan. No, we are on the confluence cloud, just want to back up and see how large the backup file is, however can't succeed
