TFA login does not work anymore

Alexander Liebrecht

Hello Community,

very strange behavior that I can not log on any of my website anymore with TFA login. On Atlassian.com this login does not work anymore and I can not get into the account anymore.

How can I reach the support? This is very funny, because from day to tomorrow TFA no longer works on any website and I do not know why.

Who can help me?

Thanks in Advance, Alexander

That is strange. what are the symptoms/errors when two factor authentication fails?

I opened a support ticket for you, which you can comment on via email until we get your account on the portal sorted.
