How can I see when is the issue status changed

In the "board" menu when I tab to to issue I would like to see when the issue's status is changed. Like "in progress since yesterday" or "in progress 2 days ago"

You could try to create JQL filters for each case and show it on board.

You can view the status change on the History tab on the issue details page.
