How much would cost Bitbucket + Crucible for small team (until 5 persons)?

I'm having difficulty understanding some "pricing" of products like crucible and bitbucket.

 

I currently have a small team that uses the bitbucket cloud, but we would like to integrate with Crucible. The question in:

What is the best form? Do I need to buy the crucible self host? Is it only 10$? one time payment?

 

If it doesn't work with Bitbucket Cloud, do I need to buy the server version? If so, how much is it? For a small team (less than 5 persons)

The $10 is a year's licence for a Server version.  You can link it to Bitbucket Cloud.
