I am Admin and project owner for a Project in JIRA but cannot see project details. I am attempting to ASSIGN a "Project Category" to a "Project" but I am unable to see that option. Providing screenshots for for what I DO see vs what the documentation says that I "SHOULD see"
Check if you've the Administer Project permission within the Permission Scheme.
