Hi

I use "getUserByFullName" function, and the answer i'm recoding on a Oracle Data Base

The answer is the following

cjaya|cjaya|Christian Jaya SIS|cjaya@tvcable.com.ec

When i try to extract the e-mail, show and error about de separator and concatenator

i don't understand the function please i need to know exactly what it do

The getUser function pulls back a user object.  I'm not sure what you mean by "recoding on an Oracle Database.

If you just want the email out, try adding .getEmailAddress() to the call.
