preview macro of attachment

Dear partners, 
We found when we open attachment in page content, office document,pdf document can be shown in preview mode , but ai document, 7z document...etc cannot be shown in preview mode. Would it be possible to make ai , 7z ,zip document be shown in preview mode? Thanks a lot.

Well .ai is a proprietary format from Adobe. And there is no longer extensions for even viewing .eps files. So would take work to develop a browser viewer extension.
