How do I do Version Control of updates etc.?

We are creating a training session within our organization on using WIKI Atlassian, and we would like to understand better how other's do Version Control?

Atlassian is using Scroll Versions and Scroll Viewport for their documentation. Would you like a demo for both apps?

Also, to implement this feature - you can also use the Scroll Version for Confluence plugin
