I essentially want to be able to sort tickets by date created by tickets to make the grooming process easier.
You could add "order by created" to the board filter, but this will stop your ability to rank the issues.
only when this filter is selected, will it take away your ability to manually rank issues, correct?
Yes, as I said, it kills ranking.
