Listing stories and subtasks

I am a new JIRA admins. Got a simple question.
How do I list all stories, including the ones in current sprint, completed sprint and backlog?
The list also includes sub-tasks that are associated with each story.

I am afraid, that you can not do it without an add-on like Power Scripts or ScriptRunner.
