How can i export and import entire JIRA one instance to another instance mainly how can i export one instance to import another instance "Dashboard and users" and custom fields. nay one help him.

The Configuration Manager add-on may help you:

This allows you to take snapshots of configuration from one instance of Jira and move them to another. This includes elements such as Dashboards and Boards.
