ScriptRunner - Script Fragments How to add Message to Backlog

Roberto Luces

Hello Community,

I wanted to know if there is a way to add a Script Fragment to the Scrum Board.

I want it so that I am able to add a Script Fragment to the scrum board page where I will add some text.

I don't have a preference or where on the scrum board it is, I would just like to have a helpful text message for users when they go to scrum board.

Thank you for your help!

Hey @Roberto Luces great question!

So in order to find where you want to put the Script Fragment (on non business hours) you'll want to enable web items and panels that are able to be edited. (Image 1&2)This could take about a min or two to turn on so don't panic!

Next...you'll see something like this all over your Jira instance and then what you'll do is find the area that you want to put your script fragment. See 4th image...you'll be able to select where you want it to go.

Hope this helps! Good luck and have fun!
