I'm seeing entries like this in my log

2018-03-11 03:08:14,823 Caesium-1-4 ERROR servicebot     [c.o.s.c.jira.utils.WorkflowUtils] Not attmpting transition
2018-03-11 03:09:02,411 Caesium-1-4 ERROR servicebot     [c.o.s.c.jira.utils.WorkflowUtils] Errors: {}
    Error Messages: [You do not have permission to edit issues in this project.]

How can I determine which issue this relates to?

Find the issues that user servicebot interacted with around that time. It may not give you an exact answer, but should get you started.

Depending on your level of logging you could also consult the security, SQL or DB logs.
