How do i get the Workflow Transition ID for a project?

I'm trying to integrate Gitlab with Jira (cloud) but my Issues are not closing.  I would like to confirm i have the correct transition ID.

per instructions:

I am using Transition ID displayed in the 3 column. eg.

Close Issue (2) .. i assume it's "2".

All the commits and merges are logging ok to Jira from GIT, but the Jira Issues are not Closing automatically using the "Closes/Resolves PROJECT-#" tag.

The id's are more like '1234'. 

Try inspecting the page when Close issue is highlighted. Might be able to find the id that way.
