As we take over a project from another company, I'd like to import or at least copy their Jira tickets into ours. How can I do that?
You can export issues in issue navigator and import them into your jira instance:

Or you can use Adaptivist Project Configurator Tool.
You can also use Exalate to do a live migration between both instances.
