How do you delete a Label in a project?

There are a few labels we don't use anymore.  How do we get rid of the clutter?

Actually, it turns out you just delete the label in the issues that have it and then the label is  no longer there.

It would appear to be manual at this time, https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/LBL-146  Its possible something could be scripted to go through all issues that have a given label and remove it from them...
