It's relatively easy to find tickets for which I am assigned. But my name also gets mentioned, or tagged, in the text descriptions when people need my help. I need a way to track those tickets. Please help!

text ~ "your name"
text will look at every field to match your name

Alternative solution - If you are tagged you should receive an email. So you can check directly your email and refer to an issue from there.
