Dear Atlassian community,
I received a strange e-mail and I cannot decide if it is normal, we are hacked or someone is trying to hack us. Can anyone tell me if these message are genuine and harmless or should we try to look more into them? Our internal admins definitely have nothing to do with it.

Hi Kolumbán Sándor,Just letting you know that your Atlassian Cloud administrator, Jonathan Gan (557058:96530d15-eb54-4ca0-aaf0-8aa9a478df94, jgan@atlassian.com), has temporary access to your user account on kilgray-jira.atlassian.net. This means they can do things on your behalf. Logging in as a user is a feature that your site admins can use in Atlassian Cloud, usually to set up your account or configure settings on your behalf. Check with your admin if you're not sure why they logged in as you.
Cheers,
Sándor Kolumbán
It means what it says - as an admin, this person has swapped their session to become your account (only Cloud admins can do that). They are temporarily logged in as you.
Note that this is an atlassian support account, so it is quite likely that he is investigating something you have raised with support. If in doubt, or you have not reported anything to Atlassian, email it direct and also think about raising a support request to ask what is happening.
I see. Thanks for the clarification.
