Unable to get Date and Time using Last Field Value Change Date/Time Field Misc custom field

I am using Misc custom field in Jira. currently I am getting Date in filter, but unable to get Date and Time both.

From what I read in the documentation I try this:

@Format: DATE_TIME_PICKER --> or ISO_8601_DATE_TIME

but still i m unable to get proper output.
