Question

Have users who are experiencing issues with the number of linked JIRA issues not displaying on the confluence page as linked items.

Have a page that has 10 issues and 1 Epic but only shows two issues in the JIRA Link (See attached).  Is there some way to fix the number - I have tried deleting a link and adding it and the number doe into increase

Hi @AnnWorley

We are experiencing this problem in Conflunece 6.6.6.

It is important for our customers so they kindly ask to fix it ASAP.

Please inform about additional information you may need from us and possible fix date

Thank you!

Please let us know the version of Confluence this is happening on and also, what method was used to add the links to Confluence (highlighting text on the Confluence page to create the issues, etc)

Please check out these materials and see if any of the conditions apply in your case:

JIRA Link is not shown in Confluence when JIRA is not yet running while Confluence is starting up

JIRA Links button missing

I look forward to hearing more.
