Jira canned responses do not appear in Jira Service Desk 3.11.0

I was trying out Jira Service Desk 3.11.0 and I cannot see the canned responses. Is it a bug of this version? Is it happening to someone else?

@laralg follow this steps:

If you have global admin account could you please do the following:

* Go to the URL in your browser and enter the following address:
<hostname>/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!Default.jspa 
e.g. http://jira.examplecompany.com/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!Default.jspa
* Within Site Wide Dark Features check if sd.canned.responses.enabled is listed.

If you can't find the suggested parameter just add it.

Hi @Brittany Wispell Sorry it did not work for me! I tried the changing from text to Visual, and dissabling Scriptrunner with no luck.
