Unable to find some buttons on bug view page

I am unable to find buttons on bug view page. i.e Start Inprogress, Resolve Issue, Workflow dropdown

any idea?

Do you have account in Jira and loged-in?

As anonymous user I do not see them as well.

Yes, I have valid credential of apache jira. BUG itself assigned to me.
