Get 401 Unauthorized after adding unsigned certificate

I've added certificate and now get 401 Unauthorized in https://<my domain>/rest/api/latest/issues/... when enter my admin username and password
I changed password and checked permissions but nothing helped. How to solve it?

from "what" do you get 401? Jira itself? Is this error is in the log file?
