Transition an issue if its been in status for certain amount of days

Is there a script to put on a transition, so an issue will auto transition if its been in that status for 22 days?

A plugin Automation for JIRA, will allow you to schedule check, for example if issue has not been updated for 20 days, and transition it. It is a really powerful and useful plugin.
