no access to marketplace

Question

Hello support team,

we have 3 confluence servers. One of this has no access to marketplace and I don’t know why! And the log analyser also doesn’t work. There is not a proxy.

at the comand line with wget it works fine, all other at the server works fine.

Thank you for that.

We noticed that you were performing wget as root, but Confluence shouldn't be running as root. Can you make sure to try this using the account that is running Confluence? There may be lesser permissions for that user.
