These are catalina logs, can't find any clue. Pls check the atlassian-confluence logs for any errors. Also, run netstat command to see if the confluence is listening on port 8090. If using any proxy or webserver, check if port 80/443 also listening. If everything is ok, could be a firewall issue. Just some thoughts.
