I'm not receiving password reset or verification emails from Atlassian

I have created an e-mail subscription for my filter, but e-mails are not being sent. I have checked Junk and other folders, but nothing. What might be a problem?

Are you receiving any emails from Jira?

What did you set up as your schedule? and did you select to receive notices when there are zero results?
