Transition is not visible in portal

Question

Hello everyone,

I was trying to display a transition in the customer portal, but it just does not appear there.

I checked the following screws that might be responsible:

* Permission of customers to trigger a transition
* Visibility of both statuses within the customer portal
* Checkbox Display in customer portal for the transition is checked
* Transition does not contain any conditions

Does anyone have an idea what I missed out on?

Versions are JSD 3.8.1 and Jira 7.5 in case that might help.

@Andrej Freeze  greenique can you get any transition to work? The most common ones are Reopen and Resolve. Can you provide a screenshot of what you do see on portal?

I'm afraid I have done so, and was not yet able to find a solution.

Did you add the resolution after clicking the checkbox then 'Publish' the workflow?

You'll be looking for Text rather than an actual button.
