restrict assignable permission based on currentUser() group or on reporter group

Question

I need to make restriction with assignable groups based on (reporter, assignee)
group in Cloud Jira
So, I add all groups I need to assignable permission in permission scheme in project Then in transition with required conditions I add properties 
jira.permission.assignable.group.1 
test_group1
jira.permission.assignable.group.2 
test_group2
And after that when I'm making this transition I'm still can assign task  to all users in groups that I add to the notification scheme on screen assigned to this transition

Can anybody tell me how it exactly works or give another way to restrict assignable permission in case of reporter is in some group?

it works for jira.permission.assignable.denied in properties, but not for groups

official atlassian support send me smth like this

With that said, I'm afraid currently, there's no workaround to restrict assignable permission for specific steps/transitions. The only way to restrict Assignable User permission would be through Permission Schemes, but this change would affect the whole project
