Migrating ClearQuest to JIRA

we are planning to migrate clearquest data to JIRA, i have gone through lot of blogs i am bit confused, Can anyone help me with the process to migrate.

What are you confused about? The basic way is to export your data from ClearQuest into a CSV format and then import it into Jira.
