Confluence workbox notification disable for jira only

Hello,

We have many Jira (application link) and this poluate our workbox in confluence.  I want to disable only the Jira application link workbox but it does not seem to work :

- I have tried to disable the plugin in jira for workbox 

• 'Workbox – Common Plugin'
• 'Workbox – Jira Provider Plugin'

(which send notif to confluence) (I followed the documentation : https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-workbox-notifications-301663830.html)

 

- I do not want to disable the in-app notif in confluence as it disable all the workbox.

I have tried to do javascript but since we have more then 50 jira linked to confluence, its not a viable solution.

Do anyone have a solution ?

Hi @Martin Poirier, how does one end up with 50 Jiras linked to one confluence? I am genuinely interested! That is awfully lot. Have you considered Jira Datacenter?

Have you disabled these two plugins on all your Jiras?
