Where can i add an individual mail? I can only send to:

-Reporter

-Customer

Is it possible to sending to any email?

Jack Brickey · Answer

Two ways:

* create an automation rule. It is pretty straight forward once you get in there and get started. This is good if you want individual email for each breach.
* create filtered list of all issue breached and set up subscription for the list emailing to one or more users say every hour. Again simple to implement.
