how to set up a Cluster setup for Bibtucket server?

We have configured bitbucket at one server location (Non-prod), so we think its high risk of loosing our source code at any disaster. So we planning to set up a cluster setup, which will get update from the Non prod location , so that we will have a backup of the source code. Could you refer a document to setup this.

If you're on Bitbucket server, then you have a simple option of making sure another computer is regularly grabbing a copy of your git repositories.  This won't help you with Bitbucket in the slightest, but at least it will have all your code.
