How to fetch the jira ticket details from oracle database queries

I Need to get particular JIRA ticket details ex assignee,reporter,project,issuekey,priority,status,resolution,components,date,other custom fields which are used in that project will be fetched using sql query.

If you want to read Jira issue details, do it properly.  Read the UI, use REST or install add-ons that understand the data.

If you insist on doing it in the worst possible way you can, then read jiraissue and start adding the multilayered and repeated joins you will need.
