We use the confluence server version and the only user with system-administrators rights is the user System Administrator (noreply@atlassian.com). How is it possible that one of us get system-administrators rights? We changed from the cloud version to the server version?

you have to add your user to the group "confluence-administrators" on this page:
http://<your-confluence-url>/admin/users/domembersofgroupsearch.action?membersOfGroupTerm=confluence-administrators
