Help with screen field configuration

I have read through a number of suggestions on how to add the 'attachment' option to default field selection but the screen examples do not look anything like the screens I am seeing.  I am using a test version of JIRA Service Desk as we are evaluating it for use/purchase for our company.  I have been set up as an administrator.  Perhaps this is not something available to test versions?

This is what I see as far as my screen config for the test service desk project I set up:

Hello Beth,

Depending on which version of JSD you are using, the configuration may be a little different. Here is how I would add 'Attachment' as a option for Field Configuration on a JSD project. 

Option1:

1. Go to your JIRA Service Desk Project and click on Project Settings
2. On the left panel, you should see an option for Screens. Click it.
3. On the right, you should see an option for Actions. Click it and select Edit Screens
4. Click the link in the middle
5. You will then be brought to a similar page, click the link in the middle.
6. You should now have the options to add new fields

Option2:

1. Click on Settings > Issues
2. On the left panel, navigate to the Screens tab
3. On your Screen Name, select the Configure action
4. You should now have the options to add new fields
