Survey-like branching in Confluence

Background

I plan to use a Confluence space to document troubleshooting articles.

My challenge is that the troubleshooting sequence is pretty long and can have some branching questions.

Example:

Step 1: do this

Step 2: do that

Step 3: measure the voltage here

If voltage < 12 Volts, go to step 4

If voltage > 12 volts go to step 14

(...)

Question

Is there away to create hypertext links within page and branching to support long troubleshooting sequences?

Even better if this also comes with expand collapse ability.
