If you are an administrator you need to click the little gear wheel at the upper right corner and go to the user management. There you can see all of your customers and user groups.

If you just want to see all users in this particular project, you can access the project setting and go to users and roles.

How to filter organizations with their clients for JQL?

In yuor coment I can see only the clients but I don´t know what organization they belong to.
