How do you select an existing templates from the confluence cloud app?
Clicking the + button on the left of the screen should pop up a window with all the templates in the space (Everything other than "Blank Page" is a template). If you have rights to look at template settings (Space Administrator), then you should have a link at the bottom of the popup "Add or customize templates for the selected space", and if you click on that then you can view/edit the templates in that space.
